1. It can be contacted with acid-base rubber gloves with a concentration of less than 40%. If it is exposed to acid-base solutions with a concentration of more than 40% for a short time, it should be rinsed with clean water immediately after use to avoid shortening the use time.

2. Contact with strong oxidizing acids such as nitric acid, chromic acid, etc., will cause brittleness, discoloration, and early damage to the product due to strong oxidation. High concentration of strong oxidizing acid can even cause burning, so attention should be paid.

3. Latex industrial gloves are only suitable for weak acids, low-concentration sulfuric acid, hydrochloric acid and various salts. Do not contact with strong oxidizing acids such as nitric acid.

4. General latex work gloves and agricultural gloves are only suitable for contact with general pollutants, and cannot be used for contact with acid and alkali.

5. Prevent contact with gasoline, engine oil, lubricating oil, and various organic solvents during use; prevent sharp metal cutting and contact with high temperature.

6. After use, the acid-base liquid or dirt on the surface should be rinsed with clean water and dried, and no exposure to the sun or baking is allowed. Sprinkle a small amount of talcum powder if not used for a long time to avoid adhesion.

Precautions for use

1. Protective gloves should choose the right size gloves. The size of the glove should be appropriate. If the glove is too tight, it will restrict blood flow, which will easily cause fatigue and uncomfortable; if it is too loose, it will be inflexible to use and will easily fall off.

2. There are many types of protective gloves, which should be selected according to the purpose. First of all, we must clarify the protection object, and then carefully select it, and use it wrongly to avoid accidents.

3. Before each use, you must carefully check the appearance, and use the blowing method to blow air into the gloves, pinch the cuffs of the gloves with your hands to prevent air leakage, and observe whether the gloves will leak by themselves. If there are no leaks in the inspection gloves, they can be used. Insulating gloves can still be used when they are slightly damaged, but a pair of yarn or leather gloves should be covered outside the insulating gloves to ensure safety.

4. When using natural rubber gloves, they should not be in contact with acids, alkalis, and oils for a long time, and should be prevented from piercing by sharp objects. After use, wash and dry, and sprinkle talcum powder on the inside and outside of the gloves, and keep them in a safe place without pressure or heat during storage.

5. The color of all rubber, latex, and synthetic rubber gloves must be uniform. Except for the palm of the glove, the thickness of the other parts should be similar, and the surface should be smooth (for non-slip, stripes or granular anti-slip patterns are made on the palm face. Except for those). No air bubbles larger than 1.5mm are allowed on the palm and face, slight wrinkles are allowed but no cracks are allowed.

6. ​​In addition to the selection of insulating gloves according to regulations, the voltage strength should be retested after one year of use. Those who fail to pass should not be used as insulating gloves.
